Brass with 1% cobalt

This brass is a Mike’s Metalworking exclusive! There is no where else in the world can you buy this stuff. 

Here is far more corrosion resistant than its cobalt free counterparts. It can resist saltwater corrosion significantly better and would be great for any sort of tool or item that operates in a humid environment. 

This ingot could also be remelted and used to create a brass item that stays shiny and bright longer than a brass without cobalt. 

it looks quite like 14k gold with a bit of patina as well, an all around lovely piece of metal that costs less than an ounce of silver these days with a whole lot more practical value.
